Tour Leader
The Tour Leader is the professional driver who runs the route, schedules, activities and customer needs.
Monitor
The Monitor is the specialized professional who manages the activities and all its directions about rules, safety, conduct and equipment usage should be followed.
Official Language
The official languages for our programs are Portuguese and English. It does not exclude the possibility of using other languages but only if the designated Tour Leaders or Monitors are fluent in those languages.
Clothing
We recommend the use of comfortable clothing and sport shoes while participating in our activities.
Personal Belongings
Arbez Zebra is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property, advising customers to ensure adequate protection to all of their belongings.
Acessibility
Each activity may have different and specific accessibility conditions depending on whether there are children, pregnant women, disabled persons or other.
Changes
Our Tours and activities may be subject to change due to technical, operational or weather issues. This management is carried out by Tour Leader and it will be canceled if the appropriate security conditions for implementing the program are not met. This changes are not subject to refund.
Complaints
Complaints must be made immediately to the Tour Leader so he can try by all available means to ensure the safety or quality of the program and respond to customer needs.
Responsibility
Arbez Zebra operates in some natural parks and protected landscape areas, being obligated to follow some rules for use and circulation related to speed, noise, nature conservation and respect for others users of those spaces.
Where applicable, the Tour Leader informs customers of all the conduct standards and vehicle usage. Customers may be asked to sign a disclaimer specifying all the security, material and psychological issues demanded for participating in the activity.
Participation
The participation of people on RZR Buggy and Quad Bike tours who have consumed alcohol is prohibited. We have zero tolerance on that point.
Booking and Purchase via Website Procedures
The reservation and purchase procedure via the Arbez Zebra website shall be as follows.
- Form Fill with the desired tour information, desired date, personal data and contact.
- Booking confirmation by Arbez Zebra.
In the case of participation of children in programs where it is allowed, the client should give their age information when filling the pre booking form.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellation of reservations consider the following conditions
- Cancellation up to 15 days before the even - Return of 50% of the Paid Amount.
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the event - Return 0% of the Paid Amount.
Conditions for Quad Bike Tours e RZR Buggy Tours
The Quad Bike Tours e RZR Buggy Tours are guided tours in privileged natural areas where All Terrain practice is authorized. Previous experience in carrying out this type of activities is not required but it is advised to have experience in driving motorized vehicles
Vehicles
The off-road vehicles are motorized vehicles with capacity for a driver and a passenger.
Required Participation Conditions
- Driving License is mandatory
- Safety equipment use (Helmet and Safety Glasses provided by Arbez Zebra)
Forbidden Participation Conditions
- The use of open shoes (sandals, slippers) is forbidden.
- Participation of people with psychologically changed states (alcohol or drugs) is strictly forbidden.
Acessibility
For comfort and security reasons the accessibility to this activity is conditioned to people with:
- Height above 1.90m
- Weight above 110kg
- Height below 1.50m
- Pregnancy
Reservations
Reservations must occur until 24 hours before the activity..
Minimum of Participants
The tours have a minimum number of participants.
Security Deposit
Buggy Tour
The RZR tour requires a security deposit of €250 per RZR in cash on the same day.
Quad Bike Tour
The Quad Bike tour requires a security deposit of €200 per quad bike in cash on the same day.
4X4 Combi Tour
The Combi Tours requires a security deposit of €250 per quad bike/RZR in cash on the same day.
Conditions for Jeep Safari and Bus Tours
Vehicles
The vehicles used in these events have maximum capacity of 8 passengers. It may be inferior in exceptional cases. This should be always confirmed when booking.
The seats of the jeeps can be lateral or frontal.
Accessibility
For comfort and security reasons we do not recommend participating on Jeep Tours to persons with more than 1,90 m height, more than 110 kg weight or pregnant women.
People with conditioned locomotion or wheelchairs are subject to availability and the tour price is on request.
Minimum of Participants
We require a minimum of 6 participants for the Tour to be done. This requirement can be changed in exceptional cases and this must be always confirmed when booking.
Time schedules
All the timings for the tours can be changed for technical or logistical reasons. Pick Up and Drop Off times for the demanded geographical location should be always confirmed when booking.
